Overview
The Quick Repairs function is used for repairs that are completed on the spot while the customer is in store. These repairs do not require intake, tracking, or future pickup, as the job is completed immediately and processed as a standard sale.
Accessing Quick Repairs
- From the POS screen, select the Salesperson.
- Select or enter the Customer.
- Click the Quick Repairs button.

Entering Repair Details
- Enter the Repair SKU that relates to the work being performed.
- Confirm that the pricing is correct.

Completing the Transaction
- Click OK / Save and Close.
- This will populate the repair as a sale line in the POS screen.
- Finalise the transaction as per the standard sales process.
Best Practices
- Use Quick Repairs only for jobs completed immediately while the customer waits.
- Ensure the correct Repair SKU is used for accurate reporting.
- Confirm pricing before finalising the transaction.
- Use Repair Left for jobs that require the item to remain in store.
