Understanding Activity Entries

The Activity screen displays a chronological list of all customer-related transactions. Entries are colour-coded to make identification easier.

Activity Colour Codes

  • Green: Purchases, layby sales, special orders, custom jobs, repair intakes, and cancellation fees.
  • Red: Cancellations and refunds.
  • Black: Pickups for custom jobs, special orders, and repairs; gift certificate purchases.
  • Orange: Tender lines showing how transactions were paid (cash, card, etc.).

Business Summary

The Customer Activity screen also includes a Business Summary section, providing an overview of the customer’s purchasing behaviour.

This summary shows total value of purchases, purchase frequency, and average spend per transaction.

If the customer is enrolled in Loyalty, the summary will also display total loyalty points earned and points redeemed to date.
