Allow for scanning in Action IST function

EDGE-I157

Enhancements have been made to the Store Transfers > Action Requests screen to streamline the process of creating transfer requests.

Scan-to-Add Functionality: Users can now scan items directly as they locate them to automatically add products to the transfer list. This allows for faster and more accurate creation of transfer requests.

Reset Quantities Button: A new option has been added to zero all quantities on the current page. This is useful when scanning errors occur and the user needs to quickly clear the entered quantities to start over.

The update also ensures compatibility with multiple request quantities, allowing for flexible handling of transfer volumes across different stores.

Replicate Send Items Transit report in Action IST Form
EDGE-I50

The Inter-Store Transfer (IST) Send Report, previously available only in the Send Items option, has now been replicated and made available within the Action Request form.

The report can now be generated directly from Stock → Store Transfer → Action Request, providing users with easier access to detailed transfer data without switching screens.

Functionality and formatting are consistent with the existing Send Items report.
