Using ZSR980 Swing Tag


Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Print the Swing Tags
  • Use The Edge POS system to print the required Tags.

  1. Peel the Swing Tag
  • Carefully peel the Swing Tag from the ticket backing to avoid tearing or damage.

  1. Prepare the Tail

  • Fold over the protective strip located on the tail of the Swing Tag. This ensures that the product will not have sticky residue against it.

  1. Attach the Swing Tag to the Jewellery Item
  • Slide the Swing tag through the jewellery item, ensuring it fits securely without causing damage to the product.

  1. Secure the Tail

  • Fold the tail over and press it onto the sticky section just before the tag. Ensure it is aligned and securely fastened.

Note: Do not pull the tail right through or fold the tail to shorten the tag. This will create a weak point and cause peeling and easy breakage of the tag

  1. Finalise the Tag
  • Fold the tag over itself and press firmly to ensure it is completely sealed and will not come undone.



Tips for Best Results:

  • Handle the tags with clean, dry hands to maintain adhesive strength.
  • Align the tag carefully to avoid creases or uneven folds.
  • Ensure the jewellery item is not obstructed or scratched during the tagging process.
