☐ ETAs: Check all jobs with ETAs this week and confirm you will meet the deadline.
☐ Quotes follow-up: Follow up outstanding quotes. Use Communications to record your actions.
☐ Finalised jobs: Check that ALL picked-up jobs have been correctly finalised in The Edge.
☐ Completed Orders: Contact or SMS customers to collect completed orders.
☐ New Special Orders: Check all new Special Orders entered the previous week and confirm they have been ordered from the supplier.
☐ Finalised orders: Check that ALL picked-up Special Orders have been correctly finalised in The Edge.
☐ Payments due: Check for payments due and contact the client to remind them.
☐ Finalised laybys: Check that all picked-up laybys have been correctly finalised in The Edge.
☐ Check for any gift vouchers expiring in the following month. If found, contact the customer to remind them to use it.

☐ Reordering of Stock: Reorder fast-selling items. Close and send purchase orders.
☐ Reboot ALL computers.
☐ Back up to an external hard drive. Daily is recommended, but weekly is the minimum.
